Fold-Over Business Cards
Make room for service details, appointments or a short brand story with Fold-Over Business Cards. A scored fold creates four panels while keeping the closed card at the standard 2 × 3.5 inch size. Plan the outside and inside layouts together before preparing the artwork.
Choose a 3.5 × 4 inch or 2 × 7 inch flat layout; both fold down to the standard 2 × 3.5 inch rectangle with square corners. Select from the stocks and coatings available for your layout. Ideal for real estate, contractors, legal services, photography, retail, travel, and interior design.

The 2 × 7 inch layout offers 14PT C2S, 14PT Uncoated, and 100LB Cover Linen. 16PT C2S with Aqueous Coating starts at 500. The configurator shows only available combinations. Shipping time is additional.
Artwork templates
Open the template, then save the file to your device. Remove template guides from your print-ready artwork.
Choose the template for your flat size, orientation, and inside/outside face. Use CMYK at 300 dpi with 0.0625 inch of bleed on each edge: 3.625 × 4.125 inches or 2.125 × 7.125 inches, rotated as needed. Keep important details inside the safety guide and clear of the fold. Remove guides before exporting. PDF is recommended; JPG, EPS, and TIFF are also accepted for print-ready artwork. Downloads are JPEG; PSD is not available for this product.
FAQs
Can fold-over business cards be printed horizontally or vertically?
Yes. The Templates tab includes horizontal and vertical artwork layouts, with separate files for the outside and inside of each flat size. Both sizes fold down to a standard 2 × 3.5 inch card.
What is aqueous coating?
Aqueous coating is a water-based coating that dries quickly after application. Aqueous Coating and Satin Aqueous are available on the combinations shown in the configurator.
Can UV coating be applied to both sides of the card?
UV coating on these fold-over business cards is applied to the front/outside face of the card. UV on both faces is not offered for this product.
What coatings and laminations do you offer for this product?
Depending on the selected size and stock, choose Matte, UV Coating Front Only, UV on 4-color side, Aqueous Coating, Satin Aqueous, or No Coating. The dropdown shows the compatible choices. These cards do not offer lamination, foil, or Spot UV enhancements.
Why does my business card crack around the edges?
Heavy ink coverage, particularly dark colors, can sometimes cause visible cracking along the edges of a small portion of a print run. Lighter colors or reduced ink coverage can help minimize this effect.
