Finished size: 2 × 3.5 in. Allow 0.0625 in bleed on each edge (0.125 in total). Prepare artwork at 300 dpi in CMYK.
Open the template, then save the file to your device. Remove template guides from your print-ready artwork.
Print-ready files: PDF recommended; JPG, EPS, and TIFF are also accepted by the production file specifications. Template downloads are supplied as JPEG, with PSD included when available.

What size and corners do these cards have?
Standard Business Cards measure 2 × 3.5 inches and have a rectangular shape with square corners.
Which paper stocks can I choose?
Choose from 14PT C2S, 14PT Uncoated, 16PT C2S, 18PT C1S, and 100LB Gloss Cover. Available coatings and run sizes update with your stock selection.
What do 4/0, 4/1, and 4/4 mean?
4/0 prints full color on the front with a blank back. 4/1 prints full color on the front and black ink on the back. 4/4 prints full color on both sides.
Which coatings are available?
Depending on your configuration, options include Matte, No Coating, Spot UV, UV on 4-color side, Satin Aqueous, Aqueous Coating, and UV Coating Front Only.
Is spot UV available for Standard Business Cards?
Yes. Eligible 16PT C2S configurations offer spot UV on the front, both sides, or the back with full UV on the front. Choose from the Spot UV Sides options shown for your selected coating and printed sides.
How many cards can I order?
Choose an available run size from the quantity and price table, up to 5,000 cards. Some configurations start at a higher quantity or have a lower maximum.
Which cards qualify for the 500-card offer?
The offer is for exactly 500 Standard Business Cards: 2 × 3.5 inches, rectangle with square corners, 16PT C2S, 4/4 full color both sides, and UV on 4-color side. Other configurations and quantities use the prices shown in the table. Tax, delivery, and optional design assistance are additional.
What is the turnaround time?
Your selected run shows its turnaround under Turnaround Time. Current Standard Business Card options are 5 Business Days after artwork approval. Shipping transit time is additional.
How should I prepare my artwork?
Use CMYK color at 300 dpi. Add 0.0625 inch of bleed on every edge; the horizontal file including bleed measures 3.625 × 2.125 inches. Extend backgrounds through the bleed and keep important content inside the safety guide in the template. Remove template guides before exporting print-ready artwork.
Where can I find templates and which file types can I send?
The Templates tab provides horizontal and vertical JPEG templates. PSD downloads appear when available. PDF is preferred for print-ready artwork; JPG, PNG, TIFF, EPS, and AI are also accepted in the artwork uploader. For two-sided cards, use a two-page PDF or separate front and back files.
