Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 12, 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from KB Print Lab LLC through kbprintlab.com and to estimates or other orders that expressly incorporate these Terms. Please read them, the product specifications, and the policies linked below before ordering. By agreeing to these Terms when placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that order.
In these Terms, “KB Print Lab,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean KB Print Lab LLC. “You” means the customer placing the order. If you order for a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them.
1. Orders and product specifications
Our printed products are generally made to order. Review the size, quantity, material, color selection, printing sides, finish, turnaround, delivery method, and other specifications before submitting your order. Product descriptions, your selected specifications, and any written estimate you accept form part of the order.
An estimate request does not start production. If a product, price, artwork requirement, or delivery option needs clarification, we will contact you. Any proposed change to your agreed specifications or price requires your approval. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and promptly refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled portion.
2. Prices, taxes, and payment
Website prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping or other agreed charges are shown at checkout or in your written estimate or invoice before you authorize payment. Some configurations require a shipping quote before payment. Additional design, artwork, or other services will be charged only as agreed with you.
Payment is required before production begins. Card payments offered on the website are processed through Square. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide. Price changes apply to future orders; we will not charge a higher amount on an existing order without your approval.
3. Artwork and permission to print
You are responsible for supplying the correct artwork and for following the file specifications and templates for your chosen product. Check resolution, dimensions, bleed, safe areas, fonts, spelling, images, and other content. Tell us about any special requirements before approving production.
You confirm that you own or have the necessary permission to reproduce the artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, and other material you submit, including any required permissions from people depicted. Please do not submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious material. We may decline material we reasonably believe we cannot lawfully produce and will contact you about the affected order.
You retain your rights in your submitted material. You grant KB Print Lab LLC and the service providers involved in your order permission to access, prepare, reproduce, and otherwise use that material only as needed to provide the requested services and handle related order issues. This permission does not authorize us to use your artwork in our marketing.
4. Proof review and approval
When we provide an artwork proof, review it carefully before approving it. Check all text, contact details, layout, orientation, images, and the stated product specifications. Request corrections before approval. Approval authorizes us to proceed with the approved artwork and specifications once the other production requirements are met.
Proof review is a shared check, not a substitute for your review of the content you supply. An error present in the artwork or proof you approved is generally not a printing defect when we reproduce it as approved. This does not excuse a production error by KB Print Lab or remove rights you have under applicable law.
Contact us immediately if you need a change after approval. A change may no longer be possible once production has started. Any available change, additional cost, or revised timing must be agreed with you before we proceed.
5. Color and print appearance
Screens and office printers can display colors differently from commercial printing. A digital proof is intended to help review content and layout and is not an exact physical color sample. Materials and finishing processes can also affect the final appearance.
Small production variations may occur, but this does not permit us to disregard your agreed specifications or treat defective printing as acceptable. If an exact color match, critical alignment, or another special requirement is important to your project, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what can be provided.
6. Production timing and shipping delays
Use the turnaround stated for your selected product or accepted estimate. Production timing begins after we have the required payment, usable artwork, and any required proof approval and order information. Production turnaround and shipping transit time are separate unless your order expressly states otherwise. Artwork corrections, changes you request, or missing information may affect the schedule; we will communicate any revised timing.
If you need an order for an event or other fixed date, contact us before ordering to confirm whether that deadline can be met. A requested date is not a confirmed delivery commitment unless we agree to it.
If we cannot ship within the promised or legally required time, we will provide any required delay notice and cancellation option, seek your consent to a delay when required, and promptly refund the unshipped items if the order must be cancelled or you exercise an applicable cancellation right. The custom-order cancellation policy below does not limit these rights.
7. Delivery and local pickup
Available shipping methods and charges depend on the product, configuration, and destination. Items in one order may ship separately. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if it needs to change. Address changes after shipment may not be possible; any additional service or charge requires your agreement.
Free local pickup is available when offered for your order at KB Print Lab, 3847 Foothill Blvd, Unit A, Glendale, CA 91214. Regular pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm, Pacific Time. Wait for your pickup notification before visiting and follow any order-specific instructions.
If an order is missing, arrives damaged, or does not match what you ordered, contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue. If possible, keep the packaging and provide photos to help us assess shipping damage. Nothing in this section transfers responsibility for our own errors to you or removes your legal remedies.
8. Cancellations, refunds, and reprints
Because products are made to order, refund requests must be approved by KB Print Lab before the product enters production. Once production starts, refunds for a change of mind or customer-requested cancellation are no longer available. Contact us immediately to request a cancellation; sending a request does not by itself confirm that production has stopped.
Products with printing defects will receive a reprint under our Refunds & Reprints policy. Email info@kbprintlab.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or samples may help us assess the problem. Please contact us before returning any products so we can provide appropriate instructions.
These custom-order rules do not exclude any refund, replacement, warranty, shipping-delay cancellation, or other remedy required by applicable law. If a linked policy conflicts with this protection of your legal rights, this protection controls.
9. Accounts, website use, and site materials
Keep your account information accurate, protect your password and private proof or order links, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, or access another customer’s information without permission.
The website’s branding, text, images, and other materials belong to KB Print Lab LLC or their respective rights holders. Use of the website does not transfer ownership of those materials. Artwork templates offered for download may be used to prepare your print order; any third-party asset remains subject to its applicable license.
10. Privacy and order communications
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle customer details, artwork, payment-related information, and website data. We use your order contact details to communicate about estimates, artwork, proofs, payments, pickup, delivery, and order issues. Ordering does not require you to subscribe to marketing messages.
11. Your legal rights and resolving concerns
Please contact us if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not waive any consumer protection, warranty, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived, and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
California law and applicable federal law govern these Terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. These Terms do not require arbitration or prevent you from using courts, small claims procedures, or government complaint processes available to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
12. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version you agreed to when placing an order applies to that order unless we both agree to a change or the law requires otherwise. Please keep a copy of the Terms and order details for your records.
