About Semi-Gloss Roll Labels

Label boxes, jars and other dry indoor packaging with semi-gloss roll labels. The 55lb paper stock has a semi-gloss surface and permanent adhesive for product information, logos and promotional artwork. This material is not oil or water resistant. Compare the available size and shape options and confirm the unwind direction needed for application.

Note: Product is not resistant to oil or water and is recommended for indoor use only.

The unwind direction is the direction in which a label unwinds from a roll.
What are the artwork bleed requirements for roll labels?
For roll labels, the total bleed is 0.125” out from the cut line and total safety is 0.125” inside the cut line. Please ensure that the size of your artwork is the same size as the roll label that you are ordering and that it includes the correct amount of bleed.
Can roll labels be written on?

Yes, QR codes and barcodes can be put on roll labels. KB Print Lab recommends designing QR code and barcode images using 100% K (black) to assure clear quality and to use vector files when uploading artwork.
